Migs:  Well, Tanis believes that we never actually landed on the moon.

Zach:  What? Are you one of those conspiracy theorists?

Tanis:  Yes.

Zach:  You’ve been watching too much X-Files.

Tanis:  No, I don’t watch the X-Files. I watch the Discovery Channel.

Migs:  But I saw pictures of the guy on the moon, and the spaceship was there and everything, so I’m pretty sure we were on the moon.

Tanis:  Right. Well, a lot of people fell for that same hoax, Miguel, but the truth is photographers from all over the world have said that those pictures are not real – that they were recreated. Seriously!

Migs:  But how do they know exactly what the moon looks like?

Tanis:  There’s all this different stuff. I wish that I had my information in front of me right now, but I don’t. But there’s tons and tons of evidence that we never landed on the moon.

Zach:  That’s bologna.

Tanis:  I agree. I totally don’t believe it. So why… what’s the motivation for faking something like that?

Joe:  I guess that during the Space Race, they cooked up this notion that if we had been on the moon, it would put us forward in the Space Race.
