Lily Allen is the kind of star who’s not afraid to swear at Elton John if she feels like it. Seriously. He made a comment about her drinking too much and she said something back that we can’t quote here!

It’s that kind of attitude that’s earned the 24-year-old a large following of people who love her dance music as much as they love party lifestyle. Allen.’s singing style kind of sounds like she’s talking, but it’s still very musical. When you listen to her albums, she seems like your wild friend telling you stories and making jokes.

But since Lily Allen has such a strong personality, it’s impossible to listen to her music without thinking about who she is and what she stands for. Listen to Ella and Marni react to Lily Allen.

Marni: Yeah. She definitely has charisma. I think she’s got really interesing energy. I think she’s definitely young and cute and…but I can see where you’d just want to hang out with her and she’d probably drink a ton and…

Ella: Blunt.

Marni: Exactly. Yeah. She was known for some drug use there, but she’s trying to clean up her image there I think. I was actually just looking at a photo of her tattoo on her wrist which I found very fascinating. Speaking of pop culture. She has a picture of Homer Simpson’s head next to the hammer and sickle, the little Russian communist symbol.

Ella: I heard she’s a big fan of The Simpsons and she has a third nipple. So that’s always good to know.

Marni: Wow. Good information.

Discussion

Lily Allen calls it like it is. She doesn’t beat around the bush. Marni and Ella know they can count on Allen to say exactly what she’s thinking. Plus, her music is catchy and fun. It’s not very deep, but it’s nice to listen to and sometimes that’s all you want.

It’s no wonder that the paparazzi are always following Allen around. She does a lot of entertaining things like get drunk in public and get tattoos of cartoon characters.

I like her and her awkward way of living. It´s cool because I found out something about her I didn´t hear before.
I really like to listen to “the Fear”, it´s a catchy song and it sounds like casttle musics, whatever. For me, she´s authentic and she´s got style to be whatever she is.
Youth need people who speaks out what their thinking. Even though Allen is drunk and crazy, she´s a person that shows what is to be shown, if you like her or hate her, it´s not her business.
