sometimes difrencess can be fun and alow you to try new things  ..so maybe you like your new experience, and you were just unaware of your taste and desire.

to me their trip will be fun as they talked about their condition before and both agree on them, not wana impose their own willing during the trip

Maybe they will have. However my experience showed that people with a big different attitude make the trips awful bcz each one would like to do something and goes somewhere but others don’t. It does not sound good for a group anyway.

Yes, I did. As i’ve told before i love traveling. Some cities like Kerman, Qeshm, Isfahan, Tabriz, Yazd, Zanjan, Bandar Abbas, Shahrood, Tehran and …., where those places on our road trips. Certainly, in most cases i had a lot fun but in one of them we took one of other friends with different taste and he screw up our holiday.

I think their trip will be successful, they are friends, so even if they disagree about some things, they will be able to change their route at any point.

I have gon on road trips many times and it was really fun.  I have traveled in my country and the scenery is awesome.  As it’s written before you have to choose who goes with you wisely.

In my opinion, this trip won’t be successful. To be success for Lilly and Jeff’s trip is plan more detail before. On the trip, it is not daily life. It will happen a lot of some unexpected events. Going to not decided place is one of fun for travelers, however, the park where they want to go will close because of closed day. Not planning trip has some lists. I want to propose them to plan before. If they do it, their trip will be more happy.

there is special expresstion in my mother tongue let me say here bcz it relates to traveling: ’’friends are known by traveling with them’‘
it means that u can get to know your friend’s manner and inside personality by traveling with them! its simple u can try it. there are always some misunderstandings in traveling esp by car! the place to stop and rest ,choosing hotel, u may like a kind of food but your friend does’nt,you may like play a kindof music but they dont, and so on…
if your friend respects your ideas So good for u! its an inttactive approch :)

It’s good that Lily and Jeff negotiated the terms of the trip. I think their trip will be successful.

I have travelled from the west coast across country to states near the east coast. You have two choices in driving:

1. Driving straight through and stopping only for food, rest, and fuel.

2. Driving a certain number of miles and staying in a motel for the night and resume driving in the morning.

The US has interstate highways connecting the north, south, east and west. Therefore, you can travel and come off the interstate highway for refreshment and then resume the travel.

During the trip you pass by large cities and then you’re back in the rural areas. You lose radio reception, so it’s good to have your own CD’s. It’s nice driving all day and see the sunset and you continue driving during the night and in the early morning see the sunrise.

When you are tired, you can stop at a rest stop and snooze for a few hours.

It’s fun to see the various small towns and the local people; it’s like traveling through a history book. There is a big difference between city folks and country folks. Country folks are friendlier than city folks but country folks are very conservative.

The US is over 90% undeveloped and you can tell that by traveling in a vehicle.

It can be a fun experience to travel the US by car.

Using be going to is one way to form the simple future tense, as in, “I am going to watch a movie tonight.” Another way to form the simple future tense is with will, as in, commercial skylight “I will see you soon.

The last road trip was to New York. Everything was gorgeous, the scenery, the mountains, the nature is magnificent, but in Syracuse we got lost since the highway was closed and we were cruising around looking for the way out. We stopped at one of the traffic light and it wasn’t quite safe for us. The gang was approaching us and we couldn’t go since it was red light. And the town was totally deserted, so nobody could help us. Anyway we escaped. The funny thing  was when making a circle and, not knowing about it, we stopped right at the same traffic light with the same gang. Now the guys were puzzled and where pointing at us, and we again stuck at the red light. We managed to escape the second tim. Out of fear or something else, on the third time, we found our way to New York :)

I feel I am witnessing a disaster in the making. To start off, they have very different ideas about what they want to do, what they consider fun: Lily wants to see famous sightseeing spots while Jeff wants to avoid them.  Another problem is that Jeff seems fickle, adding a new condition right after suggesting there is only one. It’s very likely he adds more even after they have started driving.  What makes the trip a disaster is the high likelihood of their cutting short of the trip. Imagine the pain of they disagreeing while being confined in a car for hours. Then, imagine their surly silence while driving back!  I only wish their friendship survives after they will have returned.

the last year I would to do and road trip by Europe with some friends.

If you find the appropriate people the travel can be fantastic. And like that was !

We took a car and we went for the north of Italy, Slovenia and croatia.

I would repeat sure but I think that this year will be more complicated.

I have never been on a road trip, but I am expecting one.

I prefer one without GPS,but with a map.Reading map to navigate may lead to wrong way off the beaten path. However, you find an unexpected place in the way.tourists attractions are boring.
