I want someone who is super smart, can make me laugh, has, like, a dad bod. I don’t need no six-pack. Like, I ain’t kicking it out of bed for sure, but every character I’ve been with has been too perfect.

Having children can be a wonderful thing. However, it can also mean a change in your lifestyle… and in your fitness level! Moms go through a lot of changes with pregnancy, but dads can get out of shape, too. Many dads gain sympathy weight along with their wives. They might become less active because their time is spent looking after their kids. Eventually, they could end up with dad bod.
We say someone has dad bod when they are a little bit out of shape… kind of like a middle-aged dad! They probably don’t have time to work out every day. They might drink beer and eat a lot of pizza or chips. The good news is, many women like men who have dad bod. Like actress Emilia Clarke, they prefer a man who is not in perfect shape.
